Yes, we agree it is an odd photo - but that was the theme of the bonspiel. This was the Saturday night dinner event. We didn't win a pin (which means placing in the tournament) but we did have fun with Steve and Mami. On the drive back from Kettle Moraine, we got a flat tire, and couldn't release the spare from underneath the car becuase of rust and a poor design by Plymouth.. But fortunately we were at an exit with a nice diner. So, we waited for service and drank coffee while Anne and Steve play cribbage.Sunday, February 28, 2010

No pictures, just an update...
Anne is in New Orleans visiting Alana - she may post a photo or two if she can get on line. They are enjoying the 'flip-flop' weather, while Ack remains in Madison with boots on his feet. Cross-country skiing on the lake over the weekend was nice, the weather a bit warm so the ski was a good workout. Ack finished the CIMSS recompete proposal to keep the institute going for another 5 or 10 years - a document that has been consuming some free time recently. We've been busy, so while our bedroom is freshly painted, we haven't fully moved back into the room because we haven't had time to move all the funiture back in.

Andrew's Out!
Congratulations to Andrew, our amazing nephew, for completing his tour of duty and getting out of the Army! The big last day was 2/14 - what a happy Valentine's day! (disclosure - this is not a photo either of us took but a ''borrowed' one from Andrew. It's a great photo; kudos to whoever took it.)

Painted Bedroom
